John Penquet

Chief Executive Officer

John Penquet is an experienced property investor who has a mixed portfolio of property and leads the idea lab in the business. John develops reports and processes to deliver new levels of insight for the industry. A keen problem solver and direct, no nonsense communicator; John also leads our client engagement. John is also our research expert, using this to develop the international understanding of UK property and is a co-founder of the business.

Christian Urs

Chief Operating Officer

Christian Urs is a skilled systems architect and uses his knowledge of process and design to facilitate the complex relationship reporting needed for competent property investment and forecasting. Christian takes complex data and makes visualisation of the opportunity a driving force in the business, empowering businesses to act on the facts rather than trying to find them. Christian also leads our AI development and is a co-founder of the business.

Sharon Marvelley-Davies

Head of Customer Support

Sharon Marvelley-Davies has a decade of experience in property and in office operations. Sharon uses this experience to make data and insight an interactive experience for our clients, supporting their understanding and development. Sharon also promotes the distribution of our products and knowledge platform through a variety of online and offline events, supporting the industry with free or cost effective product placement.

Rachit Srivastava

Head of Technology

Rachit Srivastava is an expert web developer who has worked in a variety of multinational roles. Rachit takes the ideas and relationship data models into a web environment which is intuitive and easy for users to interact. Rachit is unique in his ability to create solutions quickly and efficiently, with a focus on cost control and deadline delivery marking him out in his field of expertise. He works closely with Christian on our live and development projects to scope and deliver new cutting edge user experiences which disrupt the market.

Subba Reddy Guvvala

Subba is an experienced and highly skilled DB architect. Unique in his ability to use data collection and transformation, Subba is the high octane addition to our data, helping us to be more accurate, more efficient and more than just the data. Harnessing the power of AWS, AI and SQL, Subba has created a new ‘on demand’ data model which is disruptive, powerful and the engine behind our services.

Here we outline how you canadd the senders email address to your safe sender list or ‘whitelist’for the most common email providers.

Outlook Users

Open the email from the sender you would like to add to the safelist. Click on the "Junk" link next to the delete button in the top left corner. Click on “Never Block Sender" in the drop-down options below the ‘Junk’ icon. Their email message will be automatically added to your Outlook safe senders list.

Outlook (Web Version) Users

Once logged in, click on the cog in the top right-hand side of your inbox. Click on “Safe Senders” under the “Mail” tab. Open the email from the sender you would like to add to the safelist. Enter the email address of the sender and click the plus sign. Your sender will be automatically added to your Outlook safe senders list.

Apple Mail

Open the email from the sender you would like to add to the safelist. Click on the sender’s email address at the top of the email. A list of options will appear on a drop down. Click on “Add to Address Book” Your sender will be automatically added to your Apple Mail safe senders list.

Gmail® Users

Open the email from the sender you would like to add to the safelist. Click on the arrow next to an email icon on the far right. Select “Add To Contacts”. You will see the text “Added *Email Address* to contacts.” Appear at the top of the screen, meaning your new contact has been added to your Gmail Safe senders list.

Via an iPhone/iPad

Open the email from the sender you would like to add to the safelist. Tap the sender's name in the “From” line. On the next screen, tap “Create New Contact”. Add the details of the email sender (the email will be populated otherwise you will need to add the sender’s other details, name, address etc) Tap “Done”.

Via an Android Phone

Tap to open the email from the sender you would like to add to the safelist. Tap the icon next to the email address on the left-hand side. Tap “Create contact”. Add the details of the email sender (the email will be populated otherwise you will need to add the sender’s other details, name, address etc). Tap “save”.
